Meet Spring '19 Exec Team

Hi everyone! I wanted to take time out of the busy spring semester to write about our Iowa State University Executive Team. These ladies put in a lot of extra time and thought into the crew throughout their dedicated responsibilities as coordinators. Thank you for everything you have done for our crew! Starting out I want to share a little bit about each executive coordinator!

Seana and Aunaca are Co-Captains for the ISU crew and they are in charge of running and overseeing the entire crew, along with all the other exec heads. They do a lot of behind the scene work. Thank you for everything this semester!!

Cassie is our treasure and secretary. Her responsibilities include taking attendance at all of the meetings and creating meeting minutes to post to Shutterfly. As treasurer, she collects dues at the beginning of the semester to be used for the end of the year parties and family visits.

Hannah is our Family Outreach Coordinator. She is responsible for reaching out to our families new and old to plan superhero adventures and inviting them to events we host.

Chloe is our Community and Campus, Outreach Coordinator. She is in charge of setting up tabling events around campus and in the Ames area. She looks for organizations or other crews that support the same mission we do to work together to spread awareness of these missions.

Miranda is our Public Relations Coordinator. She is responsible for promoting Iowa State Love Your Melon Campus Crew through the various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and our Blog. Writing, promoting and producing information about events that we host, events around campus, and superhero adventures with our kiddos!

Sydney is our Event Planner. She plans various events around campus for our crew to attend along with coordinating events with non-profits!

Jillian is our Creativity Director. She is in charge of the creative side of our crew. She creates all of the Melon-Head cards and finding fun crafts for our kiddos to do at our events. She helped create a crew scrapbook and helps with anything else creative that we need for the crew.

Rebecca is our Volunteer Coordinator. She organizes the volunteer crew meetings and activities. She helps with getting the new members transitioned onto the crew along with helping out with other various jobs related to the volunteer crew.

Madison is our Special Events Coordinator. She has been in charge of Spring Fling, Mug Night Bar Crawl, and the Finesse Event. Without her, these events wouldn't have been possible.
